100% created and made by our resident artist Ken here in our little Melbourne studio.
Simply upload a clear closeup photo of your pet, pick a colour theme, provide your name and phone number to go on the back of tag, and we will do the rest!
Each tag comes with Easy-access Lobster Clips in matching colour or gold/silver.
Each tag made of aluminum, measure approx. 31.75mm x 38.1mm (1.25" x 1.5")
Due to popular demand, the processing time for this is 20 business days.

All clothing from Atelier range are made to measure with a 3-4 weeks processing time. No urgent orders accepted.

Returns

We have a 14-day return policy for ready-made items. Custom portrait and ID tags can not be refunded or returned.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, you can contact us at furiends@neatpets.com.au. If your return is accepted, we’ll provide instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. All postage for returns are to be paid by the customers unless faulty or wrong items sent.
There's no return or exchange for final sale items.
